The CRO mission is to protect the Group's long-term stability and maintain stakeholder confidence by directly managing credit, market, treasury, and non-financial risks, whilst providing holistic oversight of all risks across the organisation. In cordial partnership with Compliance and Group General Counsel, we operate an overarching risk management framework covering all areas of the Group. We promote open collaboration across risk units, leveraging innovation and technology to enhance risk in- and foresight.

The successful candidate will report to the Head CRO Business Management and collaborate closely with the CRO colleagues in Switzerland and globally, particularly with the Chief Credit Officer (CCO), Head Non-Financial Risk Control (NFRC) and Head Market & Treasury Risk Control (M&TRC).

YOUR CHALLENGE

Manage daily tasks and requests from the CCO, Head NFRC and Head M&TRC in a timely and efficient manner
Assist the CCO, Head NFRC and Head M&TRC in preparing materials for submission to internal governing bodies, such as the Executive Board, Board of Directors, and other Committees
Support cross-functional projects across Credit, NFRC and M&TRC working closely with leadership teams and senior stakeholders. Drive projects forward independently, demonstrating strong organisational skills and proactive problem-solving
Prepare high-quality content for the CCO, Head NFRC and Head M&TRC, including internal and external presentations, briefings, and special topic research, accompanied by relevant data and insights
Collaborate with diverse internal stakeholders to gather information, and present data in a clear and concise visual format, while also crafting talking points to support key messages
Support the CCO, Head NFRC and Head M&TRC on budgeting, and forecasting of their Run-the-Bank budget, incl. ad-hoc analyses related to cost management and workforce planning

YOUR PROFILE

University degree or other higher education, preferably in Business Administration or Banking and Finance
2 - 4 years' experience as financial generalist in the financial industry
Proficient user in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Open for new challenges and willingness to learn
Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
Proactive and ability to work independently on own initiative
Team-oriented as well as able to lead and motivate others
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Able to work under pressure and react positively in the face of change
Very good communicative skills; fluent in English and German
