At Coople, we connect companies and workers through a platform built for flexible work. We're looking for a strategic and hands-on marketing professional to lead campaigns across key Swiss industries - with a strong focus on healthcare, supported by retail, logistics and hospitality.
In this role, you'll own and execute campaigns that generate qualified B2B leads, attract Cooplers (our flexible workers), and drive commercial growth across email, paid social, landing pages, events and website content. It's a dynamic, people-driven role with real impact on how we grow the Swiss market.
Your impact
As a key member of the marketing team, you will take full ownership of Switzerland-specific digital and offline campaigns from strategy and concept to execution and optimisation. You'll build and activate content across multiple channels and collaborate closely with sales, operations, and the global marketing team. You report directly to the Global Head of Marketing.
This role is ideal for a generalist marketer with experience in B2B demand generation, strong digital campaign skills, and deep understanding of local nuances. You are data-driven, execution-focused, and ready to take initiative.
Your responsibilities
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns with a focus on lead generation (B2B clients) and Coopler acquisition (workers), especially in the healthcare sector
- Adapt global marketing strategies to local needs and develop your own market-specific ideas that move the needle
- Own the end-to-end process: campaign design, asset creation, channel activation, performance tracking, and optimisation
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations to ensure commercial alignment and effective follow-up on leads
- Manage sector-specific initiatives (e.g. healthcare campaigns, job board strategy, local events)
- Work closely with in-house digital marketing team to monitor and report on campaign performance using data to continuously improve impact
- Represent the voice of the market within the wider marketing organisation, bringing customer insight and feedback
What you bring
- 3+ years of experience in marketing (ideally B2B) with strong campaign execution background
- Track record of independently running integrated campaigns with measurable business outcomes
- Solid experience in localised marketing and adapting global messaging to specific markets
- Healthcare sector experience highly beneficial
- Excellent project management and communication skills, ideally combined with experience in tools like Pardot, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, CMS and reporting platforms
- Native-level German and fluent English (written and spoken); French is a plus
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on attitude and strong sense of ownership
- Ability to work in a fast paced and agile environment
- Strong interest in AI developments
