We are seeking an experienced and driven (Senior) Investment Manager with a strong background in venture capital and early stage investing or experience as a founder of a venture-backed startup to join our team.

- Sourcing and evaluating early-stage fintech opportunities through in-depth market research and due diligence.
- Assessing startups' potential by reviewing business models, pitch decks, financials, and team capabilities.
- Leading deal structuring and negotiations in alignment with our strategic goals and values.
- Building a strong pipeline by developing and maintaining a robust network across the European fintech ecosystem.
- Supporting portfolio companies post-investment, including strategic guidance, growth support, and performance monitoring.
- Contributing to internal processes, industry analysis, and investment committee presentations to drive continuous improvement.
- 3-4+ years of experience in venture capital and early stage investing, with a successful track record of investments in startups, or founder of a high-growth venture-backed startup
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to conduct financial modeling
- Effective communication and presentation skills to pitch investment opportunities, convey complex concepts, and build relationships with entrepreneurs and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with entrepreneurs, co-investors, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in negotiating and structuring investment deals that reflect strategic fit and long-term alignment.
- Strong understanding of the fintech sector, including emerging technologies, business models, and regulatory dynamics.
- Fluency in German is highly desirable, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field; advanced degrees (MBA, CFA) are preferred but not required.
