Your tasks

Procurement support: You work closely with the Procurement Manager and support with purchase orders, contracts, and documentation to ensure smooth and efficient procurement operations
Procurement process management: You assist in managing the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services using our procurement tool
Vendor management: You establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Logistics and inventory: You support the logistics and inventory management, including spare parts, service contracts, transportation, tax-related topics for technical equipment and fuel, etc.
Project support: You provide ad-hoc support to the Head of Projects and engineering teams

Your skills

You bring strong negotiation and communication skills, along with excellent organizational and time management abilities
You have hands-on experience in both procurement and project management
You think analytically, adapt quickly to change, and have a keen eye for detail
You are proactive, like to collaborate with others, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
You have a basic understanding of compliance, contract law, or procurement regulations
You are proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
